Sleeping Patterns
I really hate it when my sleeping patterns get screwed up. It just really makes me mad when I can’t wake up at 8-9AM by myself or go to bed by 11-Midnight every night.
Unfortunately my sleeping patterns have been messed up! I finally fell asleep last night at 2AM and I woke up at Noon. How annoying is that? I’ve slept half my day away — that’s especially what I hate! I lose half of my day.
Hopefully I can get back on track, soon.
