About

The Past

AbsolutelyGeek started out as an unknown project.  The domain name was registered blindly not knowing what was going to be put on it.  After a year of being literally a blank page on the internet, it became a portfolio and test website for Josh Martin, the owner. Most hits consisted of the search engines indexing the website in their search results database.  This website only lasted a year and soon after it ended up being a personal blog. Still, not very known on the internet, it continued to develop with new lessons learned through trial and error. In August 2009, the personal blog shut it’s doors and became what you see today.

The Present

What you see today is the whole package. Josh Martin, owner, wanted to share his knowledge with the world. Over the years of being active in internet communities and learning all types of web programming, tips, tricks, and even learning graphics programs he slowly advanced his abilities to make almost anything he wanted.  Today he runs this website sharing his knowledge and love for technology news.  You may not see it, but there is a closely knit group of supporters who keep his passion going.  Will you be the next to join this group of supporters?
